Installation Process

• Please provide a daytime phone number or e-mail address so we can reach you in a timely fashion to acknowledge receipt of your order and to review your requirements.
  

• Prior to scheduling, all installation requirements must be fulfilled. Please review Location Requirements.
  

• Our delivery team will call you to schedule an installation date. Delivery times vary seasonally but most installations can occur within three weeks provided site meets requirements outlined in the Location Requirements.
  

• Please contact QOS immediately if you need to cancel your order. Any product that is in production or has been manufactured will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
