Customer Check List

• Is your land grade slope 6" or less? For more information see Location Requirements.
  

• Do you have 3' clearance around the shed and 12' above ground clearance? Don’t forget to remove bushes, large rocks or any other protruding obstacles.
  

• Have you secured your permit? (If needed)
  

• Do you have clear access to the shed location? For more information see Location Requirements.
  

• Are you within 150' from where the trailer can park to the shed location?
  

• Will the size shed you ordered suit your needs? Think of all the items that will go into it — lawn furniture, mower, gardening tools, ladders, pool supplies, bikes, etc.
  

• Be sure to order a wide enough door.
  

• Think ahead on your future purchases.
  

• Don’t forget to order other options and enhancements for your shed:
  
  • Ramp
  • Shelf
  • Workbench
  • Roll-Up Overhead Door
  • Loft
  • Heavy Duty Floor Package
  • Window Screens
  • Additional Windows
